The Andean Capital Forum (ACF) will take place from April 20 to 22, 2026, in Mendoza, Argentina, bringing together governments, mining companies, international investors, capital markets, and strategic suppliers to address the financing and development of copper, lithium, and critical minerals projects across the Andean region.
Organised by IN-VR under the framework of The Andean Bridge, the Forum aims to connect advanced exploration and early-stage development projects with the capital structures, technical partners, and infrastructure required to move forward towards construction and production.The event agenda will feature high-level panel discussions, project presentations, and technical workshops designed to address the key challenges faced by mining assets as they transition from technical studies to financing and execution.

Hot Chili Luisa Rivas, Senior Executive, CAF During the Forum, a pipeline of more than 15 selected mining projects from Argentina, Chile, and Peru will be showcased as part of the Projects Showcase – TSX Showcase, where projects will have the opportunity to present to investors, capital markets, and international technical partners.
The programme will also include sessions focused on: ● The mining investment landscape in the Andes ● The advancement of projects at PEA, PFS, and FS stages ● Financing strategies and access to capital markets ● Regional infrastructure and the development of the Andean Export Corridor ● Key technologies for sustainable mining, including water management, desalination, and DLE
In addition to plenary sessions, the event will feature a structured programme of 1:1 meetings and matchmaking, designed to facilitate direct connections between projects, investors, engineering firms, technical suppliers, and government authorities.
The Andean Capital Forum is part of The Andean Bridge’s annual calendar, an initiative aimed at strengthening regional integration within the mining ecosystem and facilitating access for Andean projects to international capital markets. The event is supported by key stakeholders across the regional financial and mining ecosystem, including Toronto Stock Exchange, BYMA, InvestChile, EY, Hatch, GE21, and Banco Galicia, among other strategic partners.
